Week 1: Mandate & Activation

Week 2-4: Target Identification & Initial Outreach
The Deal Origination Agent surfaces an initial universe of 50–200 target companies, scored against your mandate. You review and prioritise. The agent initiates discreet, personalised outreach to your priority targets. The Deal Intelligence Agent monitors for any competing buyer activity.
Week 4-8: : Indicative Offer & Data Room
One or more targets indicate interest. The Valuation Agent produces a preliminary valuation range. The Structuring Agent designs an indicative offer structure. An indicative offer is submitted. Data room access is granted. All five due diligence sub-agents activate simultaneously.
Week 8-16: : Full Due Diligence
The due diligence workstreams run in parallel — financial, legal, commercial, operational, and tax. Reports are generated continuously as documents are processed. Risk flags are escalated in real time. The Valuation Agent updates the model as findings emerge. The Regulatory Agent prepares pre-filing submissions.
Week 12-18: Negotiation & Structuring

Week 16-22: Regulatory Approval & Pre-Close
